Sabrina Belle holds a Master’s in Leadership & Strategy from the Institute of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia. Additionally, she completed specialized training in performance management, budget preparation and implementation, transparency and accountability for good governance, ethical leadership, and public sector administration.
With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Sabrina has held key leadership roles in administration, human resources, and education. Before joining SIF, she was the Director of Administration and Human Resources for the Department of Climate Change and Environment. Prior to that, she managed human resources and budgets at the Small Business Financing Agency.
Her career began in education, where she spent over a decade as a geography teacher, later becoming Head of the Social Science Department and Deputy Head Teacher at the Ministry of Education. This diverse background has given her a strong foundation in leadership, policy implementation, and workforce development.
Beyond professional commitments, Sabrina has a deep passion for the environment, shaped by her background as a geography teacher. She enjoys hiking, excursions, and advocating for a cleaner Seychelles, although preferring to avoid rough seas! As a devoted parent to an almost four-year-old, she strives to balance professional and personal responsibilities with dedication.
